This apartment has been completely refurbished and furnished to a very high standard - it has full reversible air-conditioning throughout and is located in a very quiet and secure building - making this an ideal base for families or 2 couples to enjoy Nice.

On entry into the apartment you have a very large living and dining area - the living area has a large and very comfy L shaped sofa bed (very compy doublebed) - with full size flat screen TV and HiFi (with english Sat TV, BBC, ITV and Sky news etc) the apartment has phone for incoming calls and ADSL/WiFi internet access.

There is also a further shower room with toilet.

There is a large 6 person dining table and chairs and a fully equipped 'American' kitchen including oven, hob, micowave, dishwasher and washing machine and all utensils.

The large double windows open onto a lovely south/south-west facing terrace (approx 15 meters sq) with wooden dining table and 4 chairs and 2 sunloungers - the terrace is very sunny and has an open view of the roof-tops and hills in background surrounding Nice.
