There are 2 large double bedrooms - The main bedroom (at front) has double bed (queen size) and dressing table and storage cupboards. The bedroom has windows with seas view (these windows are triple glazed and sound proofed and mirrored) no-one can see in.

The apartment is located on the headland of Nice on the Promenade des Anglais an incredible location facing south with lovely views overlooking the bay of Nice and sea.

The apartment is on ground floor - it is truly unique - it has triple glaze industrial windows - so absolutely sound proof from road and windows are mirrored and barred - so totally secure - whilst you can see out - but no-one can see it.

This really is a unique apartment and location - the livingroom is the main room of the apartment. It has 2 large sofas and comfy chairs, large flat screen TV with english news channels, Free internet/Wifi. Dining table and 6 chairs, writing desk. There are 2 large (sound proof windows) that give you a direct sea view (facing south) There is air conditioning throughout apartment. One of the unique aspects of this apartment is the rear terrace - this has a covered dining area and table and 6 chairs and is gets some midday sun - butis a very cool area - for all meals and just to cool down from dun - also is very quiet as behind apartments and in front of rock-face.

There is a large bathroom with double hand basin and WC and marbled throughout. The shower room has large walk-in shower and hand basin and WC.

This is really a fully equipped and spcious family kitchen. It has oven, cooking plate, large american fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher and full utensils and equipment.

This unique apartment is a home-from-home for current owners - great location only 150 meters from beach on Promenade and 50 meters from La Peruse hotel. The apartment has air conditioning throughout - has industrial triple glazed windows that truly keep apartment very quiet - they are also mirrorred so can see out - but no-one can see in.

There is an additional charge of 160 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival. It is also our pleasure to supply you a complimentary welcome basket on your arrival (including a bottle of local rose wine, orange juice, water, coffee, tea, toilet paper and soap) A mid-stay linen change or clean can be arranged on request.
