There is a separate alcove for the bed - the bed is a high quality double bed.

The apartment building is on the corner of rue Victor Hugo and rue Berlioz - this is a very central and prestigious location - approx 5 minutes walk to Promenade des Anglias and Pedestrian zone and 10 minutes to old town - whilst being a quiet and central location.

The apartment is located on 3rd floor with lift and faces West (getting afternoon sun on the terrace)

The livingroom is very charming and comfortable and bright and faces West - there is a very comfortable sofa and 2 comfy arm chairs and a small dining table and 3 chairs. There is a flat screen TV and DVD player - the TV can be turned to face livingroom or bed (as you wish) There is also free Wifi/internet access. The apartment has 2 full length double glazed window/doors out onto terrace - which gives plenty of light, however there are also very good shutters and curtains so can also be very quiet and private. The terrace runs the length of the apartment (doors from livingroom and kitchen) and is approx 10 msq and has table and chairs and 2 comfy reclining chairs - there is also an electric canopy that can provide shade from sun (if needed)

There is a full jaccuzzi bath and stand in shower and basin - there is a separate WC.

The kitchen is truly a fully equipped kitchen with oven, 2 hob plates, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and full utensils.

This apartment is very secure and quiet - whilst having easy access to all main areas within 5 minutes, There is air conditioning throughout (new) and high quality bed and bathroom - making it perfect base for single person or couple.

There is an additional charge of 80 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival. It is also our pleasure to supply you a complimentary welcome basket on your arrival (including a bottle of local rose wine, orange juice, water, coffee, tea, toilet paper and soap) A mid-stay linen change or clean can be arranged on request.
