The master bedroom has a kingsize (very comfortable double bed) - with access onto a sunny rear balcony. The large second bedroom leads off from the living room and has 2 single beds and a mezzanine above with a double bed. Even more flexible sleeping arrangements are provided by the single sofa bed in the study/3rd bedroom and the double sofa-bed in the living room.

The location is excellent as itís just a 200 metre stroll from the old town, one block from the central bus station where the airport bus terminates and approx 300 meters from Place Massena and Jean Medecin (high street).

This lovely spacious 2nd floor 2/3 bedroom apartment (no lift) is in a great location approx 200 meters from old town of Nice. This apartment has a truly welcoming and homely feel.

On entry through the large wooden front door you have a hallway that runs through the apartment with ornate NiÁois floor tiles. On your right is a large high-ceilinged living room - very tastefully decorated - with 2 sofas and comfy armchair. There is a large flatscreen TV (with French Satellite programmes inc, BBC world and Sky news) DVDs, CD Hifi and WiFi internet access (free of charge). From the living room is a south facing balcony - with table and 2 chairs - great for a glass of wine and to watch the world go by.

The large shower room has double wash basins and a super-large walk-in shower with mosaic tiling throughout plus a washing machine in a hideaway cupboard.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker etc and has a lovely 6 person dining table - again with access onto a rear balcony.

There are 3 top-of-the-range Daikin airconditioning units (reversible for air-con and heating) in the 2 main bedrooms and living room. This is a very comfortable and relaxed apartment full of Nicois style.  This is an ideal base for up to 6 persons or large family but a couple would feel equally at home enjoying the comfort and space this apartment provides. There is an additional charge of 140 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival. It is also our pleasure to supply you a complimentary welcome basket on your arrival (including a bottle of local rose wine, orange juice, water, coffee, tea, toilet paper and soap) A mid-stay linen change or clean can be arranged on request.
