There are 2 very comfortable and spacious bedrooms. The main bedroom has a quality Kingsize double bed, bedside table and cupboards with direct access onto the rear terrace. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and bedside table - both are at the rear of the building and double glazed with air conditioning - so very quiet and cool.

Located on Nice's main pedestrian zone and within 2 minutes walk from the world famous Promenade des Anglais and beach front and approx 5 minutes to old town and all the tourist attractions with restaurants literally right outside the door.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor (with lift)

This is a lovely bright apartment - the livingroom has a very a very comfortable sofa and 2 quality armchairs - a flat screen TV and DVD and french Satelite TV (which includes Sky news, CNN etc) Free internet/Wifi usuage - a quality glass dining table and chairs - through the double glazed windows is plenty of sun and they can be opened to offer an excellent ambiance from the Pedestrian zone below.

There is a full bathroom with bath and showerbath, WC and wash hand basin - it is tiled throughout

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, cooking plate, microwave and washing machine and full cooking utensils - it is american style - overlooking the livingroom.

This apartment is lovely and bright in a great central location - with bedrooms at the rear which are very quiet - an excellent attraction of the apartment is the 10 meter rear facing terrace - which faces south and gets the sun throughout the day - it has sunloungers and chairs and table (with umbrella) for dining. There is double glazing throughout and separate air conditioning units in both bedrooms and livingroom.

There is an additional charge of 140 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival. It is also our pleasure to supply you a complimentary welcome basket on your arrival (including a bottle of local rose wine, orange juice, water, coffee, tea, toilet paper and soap) A mid-stay linen change or clean can be arranged on request.
