This is a lovely and cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of the old town of Nice - with a really super 8 meter terrace.

This 3rd floor apartment (no lift) has been completely modernized throughtout

On entry via internal stairs - you have a large lounge/living area. The large lounge area has large comfy sofa and arm chair and dining area. From the Lounge you have a west facing terrace which is very rare in old town - giving views over the local streets and opportunity for sunbathing and outside dining. There is a flat screen TV and Dvd, Sat Tv (with english news channels) and free of charge internet/Wifi access.

Off the lounge area is the bathroom room with bath/shower

American style kitchen which has hob, oven and fridge and dishwasher.

This is apartment has been really freshly modernized and has a charming and sunny aspect - perfect for a couple that wants to enjoy the old town - with the added benefit of a great terrace.

There is an additional charge of 100 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival. It is also our pleasure to supply you a complimentary welcome basket on your arrival (including a bottle of local rose wine, orange juice, water, coffee, tea, toilet paper and soap) A mid-stay linen change or clean can be arranged on request.
