The livingroom has a double sofabed and 2 further comfy armchairs and dining table for 4 persons. Flat screen full size TV including Sky (with BBC, ITV and sky news etc) CD and Hifi. There is phone (for incoming calls) and ADSL/wifi internet access (free of charge) There is telescope for people and boat watching. The livingroom has double doors onto terrace and double window - which makes for stunning views inside or outside the apartment. There terrace is truly the unique and outstanding aspect of the property - one of the few sea views from the old town - facing south - so getting sun from morning to evening. The view to left is of chateau and waterfall and in the evening has breathtaking views across rooftops to sea (and often moon) very romantic. There are 3 sitting chairs and 2 reclining chairs, a table under a covered canopy and electric (webber) BBQ.

There is a large shower-room with full size walkin shower and hand basin and washing machine is held here. There is a separate WC.

You have a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, oven, 4 plate hob, kettle, toaster and coffee maker and full utensils.

This apartment is ideal base for someone that wants to experience and enjoy the old town - whilst having a quiet oasis and unique sea views - highly recommended.

41 There is an additional charge of 100 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival.
