Our Service and Booking Information
At Go Nice we are totally dedicated to giving you the highest quality accommodation and the best possible holiday experience - We aim to make sure that all clients find the most suitable accommodation for their needs and have a very pleasant and enjoyable stay in Nice and the surrounding areas.
We have personally inspected all our properties so you can ask any specific questions if not supplied in the property details for example; whether it is suitable for elderly/children? Do you need a car? What are bedroom layouts? What and where are the local amenities and transport?
Before making your choice we would like you to be totally satisfied and content that you have chosen the most suitable property.
Our booking procedure is flexible but structured – we are available to contact by phone – but always better to have communication by email – then all details are clear and confirmed and no misunderstanding.
Once the property, availability and price have been confirmed we ask you to formally confirm you wish to book by email – we then send you a booking form (by email attachment) asking for your specific travel information and payment details.
To reserve the property we take a 25% payment of the rental price – payment is by credit card Visa or MasterCard with the balance of 75% being taken at the end of the month prior to your arrival.
To confirm your booking we will send you booking confirmation and key collection details (relevant to your arrival method flight, train or car) with precise details on how you get to your property.
We have an office in central Nice and are available for any issues that may arise during your stay or on arrival.
Due to our experience and knowledge we know how difficult it is to coordinate the meeting of people on arrival – many problems can arise from flight delays, traffic problems, strikes etc all this creates stress and potential confusion so 3 years ago we devised a process to eliminate these issues – so now we have a very clear and structured arrival process – we ask for your arrival details upfront - we have a contract with Nice airport – you collect the keys on arrival at the Service centre at the airport (there are Service Centre’s in both terminals) open 365 days per year 6am – 11pm (they will move the keys to information desk for flights after 11pm and delayed flights) this means you can guarantee collecting you keys on arrival. The ladies at the Service Centre are completely bi-lingual and very professional and will help you with any questions – it is a case of showing your passport in the name of the designated renter and they will release the keys – there is no charge to you for this service – no matter what time you arrive – please click on link to show details of service centres.

We also have a similar contract with a hotel in central Nice (50 meters) from train station – for those people arriving by car or train (there is a car park at hotel) and open 6am – 12pm daily every day – Marie Pierre (the hotel owner) and her staff are excellent and very helpful and will help with directions etc (again this is a free service to yourselves)
At Go Nice we like to keep things organized, clear and structured – you will find full information regarding the workings of the apartment and additional services and local amenities inside your property – on arrival everything will be ready and turned on and ready to go
Of course there are issues that arise in apartments and everyday life – and we have seen most things over the years (too many to mention) but this gives us experience, knowledge and expertise in solving these issues that arise – we are only a phone call away or simply pop into office to ask questions or guidance.
