The bedroom has a good quality king size double bed and storage cupboards - from the bedroom you have direct access to the terrace.

The apartment is located in very central position - 100 meters from Promenade des Anglais and beach and only 5 minutes walk to the old town - it is on the 7th floor and set back so it is very quiet - but on exiting the building you are right in the centre of all activities and many resturants, bars and shops - truly a perfect location.

The apartment is on the 7th floor (Top floor) with lift.

On entry to the apartment you have a very sunny outlook as windows on both sides. The living area has a large sofa (that could be used as single sofabed). Large flat screen TV and english Sky TV package. There is internet/Wifi package. The main stunning aspect of this apartment is the Terrace that wraps around the apartment. Being on the top floor you have lovely views over Nice and surrounding hills. There is a large dining table and 4 chairs a sunbathing chair and a high quality BBQ and fridge - the terrace can be covered and has a further outdoor heating facility for cooler months - it catches the sun from lunchtime to evening and is truly a marvellous place to relax.

There is a very nice shower-room with walkin shower, hand basin and WC.

The american kitchen has oven, fridge and washing machine and full cooking utensils - with breakfast bar and 2 high chairs.

This is a lovely apartment to relax in and enjoy sun and terrace and views, there is air conditioning and the building itself is very secure and in great central location.

There is an additional charge of 100 euro to cover the end-of-stay cleaning and supply of high quality fresh white ironed cotton linens and towels (a bath and hand towel per person) all beds are made prior to your arrival. It is also our pleasure to supply you a complimentary welcome basket on your arrival (including a bottle of local rose wine, orange juice, water, coffee, tea, toilet paper and soap) A mid-stay linen change or clean can be arranged on request.
