This is a brand new apartment and has been furnished with very nice quality furnishings and fittings. On entry you have a hallway and to your right you enter into the large open-planned living room - which has a very comfortable sofa and 2 further armchairs, large flat screen TV with surround sound - and some english news channel CNN and a DVD player. There is a dining area from the kitchen which has a glass dining table (for 4 persons). There is free internet access - with either broadband or Wifi. The livingroom is very tastefully furnished with pictures of Nice on walls and makes a verty comfortable and homely feel.

There is a large bathroom with bath and showerbath and washbasin. There is a separate WC of the hallway.
