The apartment is bright as light comes in from its large double height window. In the livingroom area – there is a quality sofa bed – flat screen TV (with english news channels BBC and Sky news etc) and HiFi and IPOD docking station – there is also internet access ADSL/Wifi Free of charge, dining table with 4 chairs and bookshelf – there is a new quality air conditioning unit whichs cools the whole apartment thoroughly.
On entry you have stairs on your right to the large mezzanine bedroom area – which houses the king size bed and the shower room (with toilet and bidet).
There is a full shower-room in the upstairs mezzanine area (including toilet) and downstairs there is a 2nd large independent toilet with wash basin and washing machine/dryer.
There is a well equipped kitchen with fridge, full oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster – with full cooking utensils.
There is a lovely cute east/south facing balcony that gets the morning sun from which you can see the sea – and overlook the Albert 1st gardens. This is a really lovely apartment – very tastefully furnished and in a great location and a perfect base for couples to explore and enjoy Nice.
This apartment comes with linens and towels and main bed made-up for 2 persons.
