On entry to this 4th floor apartment (with lift) you have a very spacious living area – to your right to have the american kitchen. The livingroom is very comfortable with large soaf/bed. The is large flat screen TV (with some english news channels) and DVD and internet Wifi.
The flooring is hard wood parquet flooring. From the livingroom are double doors that open onto a very cute and sunny balcony – that has small table and 2 chairs.
The bed room has a good quality queen size double bed (1.9m x 1.4m) – storage cupboards and window.
The shower-room has a very high quality shower, hand basin and WC.
The american kitchen has oven, 2 plate hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and high quality coffee maker – it has a breakfast bar and 3 chairs and has full cooking utensils.
The apartment is in a very good quality building, with hard wood floors and air conditioning throughout and has been very well furnished and presented.
This apartment comes with linens and towels for 2 persons.

Sofabed: If you require use of sofa-bed linens and towels (bath and hand towel per person)
