The apartment has very nice quality furnishings and fittings. On entry you have a hallway and to your left you enter into the large open-planned living room – which has a very comfortable quality leather sofa, large flat screen TV – with english Sat TV (BBC, ITV sky news etc) DVD and large beautiful dining table (for up to 6 persons). There is free Wifi/internet access. (there is an additional fold-down bed child suitable) in livingroom
The main bedroom has a very good quality queen size double bed, 2 bedside cupboards and a large fitted wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom has 2 quality single beds, 2 bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobe.
There is a large bathroom with bath and washbasin, a shower room with basin and a separate toilet with basin.
Off the living room is an american kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster dishwasher and washing machine.
This apartment has double glazing throughout – mainly automatic shutters and full reversible air cooling system.
Parking: included is a allocated parking space in secure underground parking bay – with direct lift access.
